What if I do not graduate? If you are not eligible to graduate you must contact our office in writing prior to graduation to request a refund on applicable items. All personalized items, pre-delivered items, late fees and handling fees are NON refundable. Refunds will be issued when items have been returned to our HJ office. How long do I have to cancel or make changes to my class ring order? Once your class ring order is placed, you have 72 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
