Who do I send Announcements to and when do I mail them? What if I do not graduate?
This is an announcement of your special achievement in life that you will want to share with family, friends, neighbors and people who are important to you. It is not an invitation to the actual ceremony. If you are not eligible to graduate you must contact our office in writing prior to graduation to request a refund on applicable items. All personalized items, pre-delivered items, late fees and handling fees are NON refundable. Refunds will be issued when items have been returned to our HJ office.

When and where will my graduation announcments be delivered?
Your graduation announcement order will be delivered on campus You will be contacted with the date your order will be deliverd to you on campus.

Do my announcements have my name in them?
NO. Announcements do not include the student's name. In order to have your name inside your announcement you must order namecards.

What if I couldn't order on the original order days....Can I still order?
YES! You may order online. Please visit your online school store.

What measurements do you need to order my cap and gown?
We want your cap and gown to fit properly. We need your gender, height and weight. This information is kept confidential and ensures a proper fit. Caps are one size fits all. All orders must be paid in full before you may pick up your cap and gown. This includes your entire account balance with Herff Jones.

What tax do I use?
Use the local sales tax rate for the county in which your high school is located.
